So, it appears that the old customer service portal at mytm.tm.com.my iw no more, and that we are required to create a new account at unifi.com.my. Problem is, I can't seem to access the page - the site times out on Chrome, Opera, and Firefox. TM Help wasn't very helpful, suggesting that the problem is on my end. Anyone able to (or not able to) access unifi.com.my?

Here no issue. Can log in smoothly.

Subang Jaya.

U may try disable ipv6 or restart your modem router.

If still cannot u may need call 100 to reset your port.

Yesterday I couldn't connect to unifi.com.my. Today OK, paid my bill at 5:30pm.

Strangely I also had the same issue via Unifi connection earlier today, just check again, it's accessible. Quite ironic that using Unifi can't access Unifi website. bangwall.gif

My Unifi connection also got upgraded today, after lodging a complaint to TM, saying the many broken promises prior to this.

Pretty sure there's some disruption to network links somewhere.. my usual gaming connection is affected although latency is fine

Yes, is it a nationwide affected issue. (but not affecting Digi, Umobile, Maxis, Yes and TIME, as they have different route to use)

RIP TM/Celcom for relying on AAG submarine cable.

Ya. After my few attempts on trying to get different set of IP ranges, I found out 118.xxx and 115.xxx are the worst. But 60.xx is working fine.
