Is it normal for my VDSL2-HUAWEI-HG655m modem - the internet light keep flashing even when i don't have computer or phone connected?

Got mine 30mbps installed just now afternoon, drilled two wall. But they didn't store the extra cable in a wall box, they just threw it about my kitchen cabinet.  |

too excited! Just now saw a small unifi booth setting at my housing area. Finally unifi is available in my area...
30mbps is RM179 now? last time my brother house apply 30mbps but free upgrade to 50mbps. Any idea about the free upgrading promotion still available now? Thanks bro
