I'm not sure whats the problem, upload speed has no spikes but download has spike, tried restart multiple times (used lan) same thing on laptop and phone
btw i'm on 50Mbps

The best method is to first contact TM. Ask them for a timeline. If they exceed that timeline (make sure you keep any correspondence record Eg email, live chat screenshot, case ID), then you will proceed to complain to MCMC @ https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/Complaint/AddComplaint?NOSP=1 There you can attach the case ID from TM and all the supporting information you saved. already called 100. Mine still cant resolve the problem after several system reset from their side & modem rest from mine. They will send technician to resolve the problem. Based on the customer service, the technician will cost you RM53 if the problem not from TM side. If your modem problem, you need to buy a new one from technician or if it still under warranty, you can change for free but your contract will be renewed.

Yes, I emailed customer support in March and I was told to wait until July. I did the same in July and I was assured to wait until Sept. And now, I am told again this thing is still in progress and I shall wait until end of the year. -.-

There is really no such term as 'deadline' in TM's dictionary.

I experienced the slow speed situation here.Download Speed test showed <4Mbps but upload speed ~50Mbps (I subscribe to 100).

Thanks for reporting back, if I usually have slow down just off and on router will fix it but this is the first time in 10 months I experienced this type of slow down , wonder why

I ran my speedtest, normally D: 30mbps, U: 10mbps but tonight its D: 4-5mbps U:10mbps

called 100. and they told me all the system is currently down, so they cant do anything even to reset port. So, this guy told me he only open notepad and joted down the user name and their contact so that they can call tomorrow.

always like that, no secondary backup whatsoever. multi billions company with bullshit implementation.

I contacted them evening, they did reset my port but still same problem, package(D: 50Mbps U: 20Mbps) but since morning only getting D: 5-8Mbps and upload is still fine U: 20Mbps. I'm not sure what is happening, never had this problem before. bangwall.gif
