I ran my speedtest, normally D: 30mbps, U: 10mbps but tonight its D: 4-5mbps U:10mbps
called 100. and they told me all the system is currently down, so they cant do anything even to reset port. So, this guy told me he only open notepad and joted down the user name and their contact so that they can call tomorrow.
always like that, no secondary backup whatsoever. multi billions company with bullshit implementation.
