hi, I got my unifi lite since october..so far so good..

the best thing is that TM gave my the hypptv top-box..so I could use both hypptv everywhere and also watch on tv tongue.gif

confused.gif not sure the difference between real hyptv and apps one..but i guess it's real hyptv bcoz i got the TM STB

the contractor said they just give me bcoz their system said so..so no complain from me

wlao even if new subscriber only my area streamyx port full..... terminate means my port gone to those alr on waiting list.. haizz

For the latest unifi bonanza package. I also facing same issue. I just sign 30mb (RM179) at end of Oct. Then suddenly come out new promotion - Unifi Bonanza....I ask Live Chat that say can upgrade but need go TM Point ask. Then I go ask, say sorry this just for new subscriber only. Feel very disappointed & unfair since I just use Unifi less than a week then come out new promotion. Congratulation to those manage to upgrade...No choice, have to wait the next free upgrade.

I applied on 7th November at TM point kajang. At that time, the CS told me can not upgrade too since their system doesnt permit them to do so. He said the system to upgrade from unifi lite to unifi 30 still on hold. However they asked me to fill a form and do a mykad verification. He said he will try again when available.

8th November he called me again to confirm the upgrade and book a slot for installer to come.

12th Novembet TM centre call again for confirmation the installation date.

13th November , the installer came with STB and did the upgrade


Perhaps you should try again?


Anyway just to share,the STB can be use with only WIFI without cable connected to watch Hypptv. However when watch too long, the live TV has some lagging, the speech is faster than video. No issue with VOD anyway.

so it looks like they U-turn ady n don allow upgrade anymore.
well.. this was given by 1 of the reseller to me... i did live chat with TM and make a dispute with them
so they logged a case for me n fwd to sales rep who will contact me within 5 working days. but i guess i can jus forget about it since none of you guys are getting it as well except for those who upgraded earlier[attachmentid=9332752]

if that the lite10 plan is RM99 is ok la...but now we lost 20mb when pay RM129,for RM10 get 30MB..that is the points who was angry..

Most downgrade / upgrade, just go straight to TM point.

TM point has the more confirmation and better authority to do changes.

My personal advise, head to your nearest TM point and not the authorized ones.

Try to discuss with the CS there and they can show you the options available on their system. If the TM system pull out the upgrade/downgrade option, there's nothing much they can do.

You could either negotiate with them for alternative package, or lodge a report to SKMM.

tm dont accept new line in my area
my aunty even wan get 4mbps x2 for business in my area because no 8mbps (tm said no)
port full....

Unifi Lite usually come with Hypptv Everywhere only.
However for Advanced and Pro, they got STB which they can which they can watch Hypptv from there.

Hypptv Everywhere is a Play/Apps stores with terrible UI and remote controller support.
For real Hypptv like Advanced and Pro, you can use STB remote to navigate the channels.

1. Is our STB connected via ethernet into port 4 from your router?
2. Where do you launch you Hypptv? Lunching Hypptv from main menu or from My Applications sub-menu?

Went to Tm point , yes rm129 can be upgrade to 139advance .can upgrade but no downgrade . 24 month contract (Don't know next month will come out another plan or no )

Your package is RM139 30Mbps? How come they never terminate your HyppTV Everywhere app account one?
