I believe its depend on router too. Mine which is Dlink DIR850L support the binding of VLAN tag to WLAN.

I just create a new guest SSID.

set it to IPTV VLAn 600

Then connect the STB to the newly create ssid.

U mentioned cut the old no. meaning terminate current account open new account. Yes, penalty. Upgrade no need penalty.

Just fcome out from Tm point but TAK Boleh / from Unifi lite 129 (24 month contract ) to bonanza campaign rm139 . Unless terminate old Unifi line ( denda rm500) or u r from bonanza campaign Unifi lite rm129 ( November start),. Sorry from miscommunication with staff in the morning when visit them .

Just got the letter after I complaint thru call 100 last weekend.
So is that mean existing customer (30mb) can add 10Rm to Bonanza package 50mb (RM189)?

So Unifi Lite @rm129 should be able to upgrade to Bonanza Unifi Advance@rm139.

Can show a screen shot of the original email instead of the above, so can save the jpg format in mobile.

tm point is also agent to TM..most of the time they also don't know..that's why always got complain

like last time when I applied for unifi lite..they gadoh2 with me said no coverage while TM said ada..I told them don't check my address under unifi (fibre) coverage ofcoz la don't support..i'm asking them to check for unifi lite under streamyx package..well, partly it's TM's fault also for using confusing 'unifi' name for package under streamyx (copper)

I not sure if my area is covered under Unifi Lite but I have been using Streamyx 8Mbps for years now. TM Point always use their Unifi Search instead of Streamyx search.

I wonder if Unifi Lite is displayed when you check at unifi.com.my

yup..it shows under the new website, that's why i applied..

and it clearly shows under streamyx package..but bloody tm point search under unifi (fibre), that's why no coverage..explain pun x paham2

I went to TMPoint yesterday. It seems their system already remove upgrade from lite to bonanza 30mbps. This morning I live chat and they confirm promo already end for upgrade, only new subscription still valid. wth tm.
