even after losing the weight, i think i lost my muscles as well
thats why all flabby and very very hard to let the muscles grow normally...
i dunno bout u guys who succeeded...
but my back look worse...macam ade extra bag kat blakang...ahaha

its been 4 years now since i started doing all these. jog, gym, eat the right food (not always right..haha), i stop eating rice, roti canai, for 4 years now..most of the times just vege, tosai, nan.

mostly now i run, to maintain my fitness level, drink a lot of water..

i still take them la...but in really small amounts
except in occasions
but hey...since ur already 4 years in running and all...congrats for holding on for so long

Hey guys.. posting my pic here for two reasons.One reason is to ask advise from u guys. Secondly is im starting to cut so i can look back at this post in the future. BTW im starting Ketosis(CKD) this coming monday. Wish me luck smile.gif Currently at 23% BF..

Most of the gains come from Rippetoe's program I reckon. Anyway I'm currently on Max-OT for 5 weeks now.

I bulked when I first started, gain up to 75kg (From 64kg). Decided to cut 2 months ago and now I'm currently 69-70kg. The decision to cut was based on not able to fit into my slacks and my gut was getting unsightly.

Current BF% is around 16% according to Acu-measure calipers. Do you guys reckon is correct from looking at the pics?

Squat 100lbs+bar
Bench press 80lbs+bar
Deadlift 80lbs+bar
My rows are really really week. 30lbs+bar(proper form)
By good base what do u mean? Anyway izzit proper if i start cutting now? Im looking fat in pictures already and cant fit a few shirts of mine sad.gif

what is there to cut when you have no mass at all??
(i know it's cruel but that's what darky said to me)

continue bulking until u have serious mass, then it makes cutting easier.
cutting now will rob u of your precious muscle and when you have a body like that,
every bit counts.

don't mind pizzaboy, they get excited when they see someone "different".

I know but i juz wanna cut for at least 2 to 3 months. Im really getting very very bulky something i did wrong in my previous diet that double chin all starting to grow. And my tummy. God knows damn huge la. Like BB.com members and other people told me if ur above 20%bf never bulk. You have to cut till at least 15%

2 to 3 months might take a toll on you.
I went cutting for 5 weeks and already i am losing 1/4 inch off my arms.

btw, do you do cardio when u cut?

I havent started yet. Starting this monday. This week is my last week for Madcow's. Ill do normal 3 day body part split lifting and on off days swim for like an hour. Saturday sunday rest. Maybe 1month might be enuf. maybe two.

When im happy to start back over maintainence calorie ill start. But now really getting too overweight

perhaps tweak your diet a lil?
i think u're taking bulking way too far.
You shouldn't be getting fatter.

personally, i think having a tummy > not having a tummy when u bb
