sorry guys..i didn't realize that i put it backward, I've lost 55 kg and counting, last time 120kg now my range is between 73-75, target loose fat more, easier for me to run, MAYBE in one year time, i want to join Ironman(given i have enough money lah)

its been 4 years now since i started doing all these. jog, gym, eat the right food (not always right..haha), i stop eating rice, roti canai, for 4 years now..most of the times just vege, tosai, nan.

mostly now i run, to maintain my fitness level, drink a lot of water..

i do weights but at high rep mostly. Most of the time i do morning jog and on weekends i do long distance run.Last time i work shift hour, so can go to gym, now convert to working normal hour 9-6, so after work sure malas + tired + ngntuk oredi. I sleep around 9 - 10, because my morning jog starts around 530. Now if i go to gym, i do mostly quad and calves exercise, and i recently read an article by darklight regarding squat.definitely want to try that. Until now it's 4 years oredi. still want to lose more.

i tend to run long distance, not speed but distance, so i focus more on calves and quadricep
