It was either too few calories or too few carbs. I went on fried rice and 2 chicken breasts post post workout for 3 days to carb load and my muscles filled out nicely overnight. Fried rice does have it's purpose because it's loaded with carbs at least. But Ramly burger... damn. That's one nasty cheat meal. Loaded with useless empty calories.
