even on bulking. i still will go against carbs before bed. u can have as much carbs in your first and pre and post meal. but NOT before bed pls. calorie expenditure. u dont need calories while sleeping. screw ramli burger. i would prefer nasi goreng ayam anytime. but if u persist on burgers.. carl's junior or burger king's double pattie is way better.
french fries, rambli burgers, roti canai.. these are not food..
