2) right abs not define as left one? you not stand straight are you? unsure.gif put the blame on the phone camera. but my right chest is better define than the left cry.gif  any way to balanced the development? is it normal for right hander to have a better define right side body? hmm.gif
3) lose the shirt lahhh.....how to see delts and traps??? - blush.gif
4) take the before pictures, really, it can give boost of motivation to you and other people on how well you progress by your own hardwork. - i've got a few.... taken during the 3rd weeks of workouts. but it's kinda embarrasing?  rclxub.gif

Really? What's his name? How'd he look like? Well, it's nice to be remembered. Tell him i said hi to... whoever that is. Heh.
As for gaining more size, you need to eat properly at and correct timings. A sample of my diet is in my journal.

sorry my bad never ask about his name.  doh.gif  he mentioned about gold gym. look like a eurasian guy with deep cuts.
he said your tips on triceps really works. i want those cuts too. drool.gif

I'm sorry, but that is unattainable unless you're genetically gifted. To be an elite bodybuilder, it is 95% genetics and 5% the rest. Bob Cicherillo and Terry Gallyot has confirmed this. As they say, nobody can make a pit bull out of a chihuahua but you can make a chihuahua pretty big. Elite athletes are born, not just made.

So people like us still can achieve and impressive physique if we work hard, we'll just never be at that standard.
*
err..... i'd be grateful if i can come close to 1/8 of flex's flex.gif biggrin.gif
btw, all i wanted is getting rid of the visible bones sweat.gif
any muscles gained in the process will be an added incentives.

terry gallyot is making a comeback or what? heard about him quite long ago.

thank you for the advice. i am off to your journal icon_idea.gif

Thank you. But i don't think i'll ever compete despite people a lot of other people suggesting that i should.

I do not to GVT, very rarely in fact, only for legs. I do HVT. GVT is on some days where i feel i need a change of pace.

nice cobra there, darklight. i think you can easily fit into light heavweight anytime!

current size...
height= 170cm
weight= 63kg
chest= 35in
arm= 14.5in

p/s: need to lose those belly fats....any tips anyone?
*
my abs / belly is too flat even for my own liking sweat.gif but here is my tips;
50x of sit-ups and 50x of reversal sit-ups / 3 times a week; reversal sit-ups is good for developing the lower abs.
met a freakin' guy the other day and he advised me to do more back exercise / strecthing / pulling as well.

noxxing, thanks a lot for the bulking up tips. yeah!
i am already following darklight's tips from his journal. he is very helpful thumbup.gif
in lesser volume though sweat.gif
i usually doing workouts at home. and cardio sports during weekend.
gym once in 2 weeks.

noob question again;

i'm currently over 177cm but weight 60kg only. if i bulk up to.... say 68kg, will the 'hole in black line' at my pic below will be less visible? and my 'upper chest in red line' will become thicker? hmm.gif

QUOTE(noxxing @ May 8 2008, 03:02 PM)
yeah..bulkup alot more..you're almost 6 feet you should prolly be at least 75 kilo's.And since you're skinny as it is...enjoy yourself!..eat wahtever you want!...most ppl would kill to be in your shoes.

But yes as you bulk up your chest will get thicker and in correlation that gaping space will fill out nicely.
*
i like sushi smile.gif but don't think it will help in gaining more bulk.
just added potatoes, half boiled eggs and lots of fresh vege into diet.
btw, i don't like meat.

hasyir, you can try cardio sports.

actually cause im weak and i cant do anything heavy=.=

Aicks, anybody got abs workout rountine i can follow?
*
well, crunches, reversal crunches will be just fine.
don't forget to do some back stretching / training. else, you may look a lil' hunchback due to the unbalance muscle developments at the back.

icypetals, don't forget some back training to counter the abs development, else, you will look slightly hunchback.
this is even more visible if you are tall and skinny.
having a 6 pack is cool.... i was initially obsessed with abs too but the guy i met sometimes ago open up my eyes.
our body is not all about abs. there is the cobra shape that am craving for more and those broad shoulder with lots of muscle lines like bruce lee's.

i am cutting on cardio. find out its kinda hard to gain weight with it.
am stuck at 61kg which is underweight. my body all hardened with some cuts here and there but all i am craving for is some bulk.
i need more fat, carb and aminos.

as usual, will drop by once in a while in your journal for some adaptable programme.
you don't mind me copying it, huh? thanks again darklight.

Of course i don't mind you copying it. It's what my journal is there for. Heck, I'm copying Hola Bola's routine with some modifications to suit me. =)

What kind of cardio do you do? I've read articles recently that HIIT may not be effective as some thought for cutting while preserving muscle mass.
*
running and cycling. since i am naturally skinny, its only slow down the bulking process.
now hitting the gym about once in a week. hopefully benchpress will help.
