Really? What's his name? How'd he look like? Well, it's nice to be remembered. Tell him i said hi to... whoever that is. Heh.
As for gaining more size, you need to eat properly at and correct timings. A sample of my diet is in my journal.

I'm sorry, but that is unattainable unless you're genetically gifted. To be an elite bodybuilder, it is 95% genetics and 5% the rest. Bob Cicherillo and Terry Gallyot has confirmed this. As they say, nobody can make a pit bull out of a chihuahua but you can make a chihuahua pretty big. Elite athletes are born, not just made.

So people like us still can achieve and impressive physique if we work hard, we'll just never be at that standard.

I dont really believe that anymore. Too many articles that contradict each other and I dont know who's right or wrong. Only way to find out is to eat and see if I get a heart attack.

btw, all i wanted is getting rid of the visible bones sweat.gif
any muscles gained in the process will be an added incentives.

terry gallyot is making a comeback or what? heard about him quite long ago.

thank you for the advice. i am off to your journal icon_idea.gif

Dunno mate. But people tell me lean enough. =) They think i do cardio and take fat burners. Lol. Both of which i don't do. Cardio hater here. I'm still bulking though. Made slight mistake of cutting too many cals last few days but upping them again.

Here's one more:-

Pretty old pic. Years ago.

This black and white double bicep shot was taken several months ago at a lighter weight of 84kg, I've bulked to 87 kilos. I got bigger again while maintaining low bodyfat. So i have to take another pic with this same pose soon. I don't intend to get leaner yet. I want to bulk as much as possible but slowly and carefully. My biceps have very poor genetics but my peak has improved through high volume. I'm curling the 50 pounders now easily so they helped a lot, those dumbell curls and hammers too.

@darklight79

Very impressive, I would think that you would definitely be qualify to compete in competitions.

Training under the GVT routine must be really difficult.....

Thank you. But i don't think i'll ever compete despite people a lot of other people suggesting that i should.

I do not to GVT, very rarely in fact, only for legs. I do HVT. GVT is on some days where i feel i need a change of pace.

Takes the fun out of it, doesn't it? Weight lifting was fun when i started, then i became obsessed with my weight. Now starting afresh with new regime with lesser weight-watching and fun starts coming back.

Anyhow, u looked great in the pictures. Keep up the good work! flex.gif
