hey dark. u've got experience on rotator cuff injuries? any recommendation for chest training while recovering from it?

Yes. Optimally you should take complete rest from any form of pressing movement. Another alternative is to use machines to work your chest for the time being.

no idea la chris. i dont feel the pain when i'm doing it. but once after i finish set, when i make a circle wiht my elbow, i can feel its gonna come off soon, cracking sound and something like its dislocated or something. even after doing dips and chin ups.

This isn't good. You need to lay off strength training for a while. Lay off max poundages. Go light, go for the pump. Avoid excessive stretching at the bottom of the movement of chins, dips.

On another note, there're some people asking me to make a workout journal at LYN. Lol. Still considering.

hey jones...
i feel clicking sounds on my shoulders also...when i bench pressing and incline press...
it doens't hurt but...it's clicking....i hope my joints on my shoulder are ok....

when i did fly for chest training...my elbow tend to get abit pain after those sets...

how to get rid of them? thanks

check your form. Get a spotter until you can get it right
