Optimally you should take complete rest from any form of pressing movement. Another alternative is to use machines to work your chest for the time being. |

no idea la chris. i dont feel the pain when i'm doing it. but once after i finish set, when i make a circle wiht my elbow, i can feel its gonna come off soon, cracking sound and something like its dislocated or something. even after doing dips and chin ups.

Avoid excessive stretching at the bottom of the movement of chins, dips.On another note, there're some people asking me to make a workout journal at LYN. Lol. Still considering.
