OMG U guys rock! Sincerely! I want your condition so bad! Man miss my abs...
Something to keep the thread warm! Shoulder day! Final set 8reps using 70pounders with static concentration at the begining of the set.... OK ITS NOT a statics but I couldnt get the DBs up on the first one after 4 preceding pyramided sets... PS My face doesnt look that crumpled in real.... |
