EDIT: my lil sweetie is bugging me, hahaha she won't leave me alone while i was posing. And she really jumped at the moment when i took the front double bi pose. So i was swinging around hahaha.

There's definitely improvement compared to last time. You packed on some mass while retaining your cuts. You need more width on your lats. I'm thinking you might have high lat insertion points like me which make them very stubborn to grow.

meh if thats flabby I'm obese. I'm gonna quit rippetoe, 1 month of cutting then move on with madcow. I'm aiming to get a waist thats below 30inches. currently around 33-34in so that i can fit into my brand new suit and look like a pimp with mah fedora hat and cigar.

i noticed something strange la.....my arms are currently 14.2" (no direct arm work, except triceps) BUT, my arms looked bigger at 13"(with bicep curls) Which is kinda weird 0-o

Also, i've extremely high lats, whichh makes them incredibly hard to build. Lookin at my bro's lats, his ones are somewhere about the mid ribcage, mine's really high above nearer to the chest.

and i'm very sure higher reps gives me better shape, which then gives an illlusion of me being defined and ripped. ah dun bother la, my reps hardly go over 6 anyway.

Something to keep the thread warm!

Shoulder day! Final set 8reps using 70pounders with static concentration at the begining of the set.... OK ITS NOT a statics but I couldnt get the DBs up on the first one after 4 preceding pyramided sets...

PS My face doesnt look that crumpled in real.... biggrin.gif

well that's the illusion of a well developed short bicep head.

Mid lats are the best and low lats just make you look like a flying squirrel but dont worry man..you're doing fine. rclxms.gif

Pizzaboy you actually have Lat insertion much much lower than I do! Look at mine, mine actually ends abruptly but yours ends at your lower back!
