Pull ups have always been a weakness for me. I weight 92.5 kg, but i can only tie a weight of 20 kgs to my body and pull for 5 reps.

One armed rows i've not done in a long time but the last time i stopped was at 120 lbs per hand, i got bored so i wanted to switch things up a bit. My grip is a bad factor here due to double wrist fractures at 16 while rollerblading, therefore straps are a must.

I'm not christian btw...lol!.But my heaviest i ever pulled was 80 lbs. You're a monster. Are you going to compete in june/july??

Pull ups and Underhand bb roll first 2 exercises of back WO. Not really working on them as u can see in my routine. Putting it on D3/4. Mayb its my post delt and teres major (OK its still back..). My main concern now is chest and arms! Genetically shit in chest deparment! Arms underdevelopment is understandable as prevoiusly wasnt hitting them directly. Just started working them months ago. Most probably my condition too! My bf is shit high thus hiding my tiny peak! Just started my current routine of 5on1off lately after shifting from KL to PG. Diet hasnt dialled in thou!
*
One thing you gotta realize that genetics play a huge role here. It could be you might be the opposite of me in that department. You have strong bodyparts where i'm lacking and i have bodyparts which are strong where you're lacking. That's why pretty few people can compete and even fewer make it to the pro ranks, we're talking about crazy mofos like Jay Cutler, Ronnie Coleman whose genetics are PERFECT.

Lol... the 2 of you. So what if that's some serious weight? As my post above, we're talking about genetics here. And i lift what i say i lift, because i have vids of me military pressing, benching, deadlifting etc, but for all the strength i have, i've got no damn BICEPS. No peak, nothing. And i'm talking about me barbell curling 50 kgs for 3 reps (and yes, i do high rep curling too, i just tried doing it for fun to see how much i can curl). I've done it all, you name it, preacher curls, concentrations, Scott, hammer, spider curls, whatever, my peaks don't come up, period. sad.gif 17 inch bloody arms but mostly tricep. Terry Gallyot told me if you don't have a peak, you don't have a peak. Sigh... it was hard even bringing my lats up like this, but i've never had probs with chest and quads.

Talking bout Jay doubt if he deserved the Sandow.. Am thinking the judges were just going along the hype! Nice guy thou! Anyway not my standard to opiniate on that haha so just leave it alone! Darklight ya I agree on your point of genetic.. I am trying to bring up my biceps brachii but not the brachialis and brachiradialis atm so as to bring up the peak! Well.. Giving a try... So atm work more on bb curls while droppin hammer curls! Doing some Reverse curl though for the forearms! Just my experiment..

Bloody hell, i was so pissed off when Ronnie lost. I know some bb.com members actually cried. Lol! Jay looks liek a damn fridge alright? Too blocky.

Ronnie is the man, but i gotta admit his injuries were glaringly obvious to get away with it. His left tri and right lat.

Hammer curls, yeah to bring up the brachs to give illusion of a peak right? Tried them, didn't do jackshit for me. I'm thinking of doing weighted jerk offs if all else fails.

Man you reverse interpreted my idea!Am dropping hammer atm cos it works the Brachioradialis and Brachialis which span the elbow joint.. While the Biceps brachii is mainly for peak, worked by underhand curls.. Haha time to revise Netter huh... Kidding kidding biggrin.gif

No, 17 inches. That's it. I'd be lying if i said it's bigger than that. It's almost impossible to get even 18 inches if a person's a natural trainee and small boned like me. I don't have gifted genetics.

And no, still in cutting phase and maintaining 17 inches, just measured. And strength levels still going up, albeit a lil' slower. You do know i'm in cutting phase right? I've already mentioned it to the regs some time back. Started 2 months ago. I lost 7 kgs already, from 98 to 91, but fluctuating between 91 to 92.5

Oh.. When you said it lasted 2 and a half months I thought it ended.. Anyway whats your target weight of this cutting phase? Or judging by your condition? Agreed its difficult to get perfect on both mass and condition departments being a natural! Btw 7kg in 2 months is pretty decent! Not more not less!

I went on a really, really slow cut. I'm not taking chances losing mass. Well, i won't see the weighing scale, i'd say the mirror is the best way to telling progress. When i start looking too tiny, then i'll stop cutting. I need to get rid of the lower ab flab. It's disgusting.

The lower flab only shows when i bend over but it doesn't show when standing or sitting so it's cool. It's the hardest to go.

I once took dirty bulking way too far. I think it's ok to do it, but it depends on the situation. When i hit 97kg, i realized that i had a lot of BF to lose. To give you an indication how bad it was, after losing 7kgs, then only did my 4 packs start getting visible, we're not talking defined 4 packs, visible. I figure maybe another 3-4 more kgs to cut then i'm happy.

IC Haha my plan is what opposite of yours! Upon cutting am gonna add cardio while maintaining my calorie intake as I lose mass too fast when diet screws up! Gonna cover that with some thermogenic although I seriously doubt their efficacy! Well atleast they cover the strenght department during cutting IMO. Havent tried out so dunno if its gonna work..

I dunno man, seriously i'm inexperienced at cutting. This is my first try and surprisingly it's working well. One Canadian bb'er told me either you increase caloric expenditure or you decrease caloric intake. Don't do both unless you're preparing to go for serious competition and getting ripped. So, i figured... meh... i hate cardio, screw it. Let's diet instead.

And it's fun. I'm eating like... steaks with all the fat. Whole ground beefburger patties, fried chicken drumsticks with skin, etc, etc, just no carbs except pre and post workout. Of course i do get irritated when my gf is eating fried rice next to me.
