good news...

all the agent keep saying new hiway coming up but no matter how fast the new highway is, it is still 80km to reach KL.. there are numerous project at puncak alam (west) and semenyih (east) with around the same price but not exceed 50km to kl. sendayan is meant for seremban ppl to feel nearer to kl.period.

Yes, N9 property is very far from KL and can only buy if it's super cheap. I remembered 11 years ago, properties at Rawang near Proton, terrace house selling for only $100,000.

Now N9 properties which is 3-4 times the distance are selling so expensive. Good luck to investor, as this place only suitable for own stay.

To see any profit, most probably need to hold for at least 20 years and hope Malaysia economy is strong all the way

Anyone knows the status of KLIA Linkage and Senawang-KLIA Expressway as shown in the layout? Is it ongoing now?

There has been an attempted robbery at Elymus, the so called G&G managed by Matrix. So please beware and try to push Matrix to improve their security services if you're staying at one of their G&G housing area.

Just yesterday. Negligence in security services and taking things for granted. In case any other housing area managed by Matrix, just gotta beware and push them hard to take things seriously.

Not really about that and it really seems like a good place for family and staying away from hustle and bustle of KL city life.

Just that management not doing it right...
