Heard rumors that japanese from AOEN came to Matrix to open aeon mall here but the small one with concept outdoor like seremban gateway in merchant square, they still in progress discussion, hope this will happen soon

Thats good, recently i jalan2 around STV saw like 7-8 new big factories and warehouses still under construction. BSS will surely become more bustling next year.

Got new shophouses not under Matrix located beside the Petron/Marrybrown coming up.

Thats good, recently i jalan2 around STV saw like 7-8 new big factories and warehouses still under construction. BSS will surely become more bustling next year.

Went for a drive around BSS yesterday. Any idea when will they start on developing Icon Park?. Saw some land clearing going on, but this has been the case for the last couple of months now.

This is taken from latest annual report to investors. No date mention yet, even the hospital still in feasibility study stage.

I am more concerned on the occupancy of Sendayan Merchant Square, noted Merchant Square has been VPed but only few shops in the midst of renovation the rest only see advertisement banner.

Yea Merchant Square looks kind of empty as well with very minimal movement in terms of outlet's reno work. I hope they will offer some proper business services in Merchant Square.

As for Icon Park, i guess it will take them a couple of years more before we can see something developing over there.

This is normal for shop houses to take around 6 or 7 months after VP to open business, not sure which month the Merchant Square VP.

But metropark has become more lively for the past few months, it’s become lepak kind of place especially at night, expect more restaurant there soon

My loan for ara sendayan has been approved...how is the built quality by matrix for the new houses? Is it better than the previous one as i read a lot of bad quality issue previously.

I am in Suriaman, i did the house inspection together with Matrix representative, we found just a few minor defect mostly small crack and paint not even. Defect been rectified less than 2 weeks. So far been living here for few months, i think the built quality is good. Im not sure about the previous project, maybe different contractor already.

Based on Matrix AR2018, they obtained 75 marks in QLASSIC, I believe their build quality has improved at certain degree.

Check with them which Internet provider is available. If only Symphonet, then better tell them to get it changed...

For Suriaman every house already equipped with internet UNIFI cable and we get free UNIFI for 2 years.

Which one is better? Sendayan or s2 heights? Wife wants s2 heights...loan also approved 😓

It depend on your preference, for me i choose sendayan because of house design, more space compare to similar price house, and i prefer the town sendayan itself compare to others nearby, more strategic location. To add to that the clubhouse have a lot of facilities.

If i can give u advice, just go ronda2 the town itself and clubhouse, see how the community live if you want to stay there. If you just buy for investment lain cerita.

up to your preference....


s2 height now is getting more people and crowded...

while sendayan now still relaxed abit in term of traffic and people...
