Sapura Industrial buys land in Negeri Sembilan for RM15.97m

KUALA LUMPUR (March 30): Automotive manufacturer Sapura Industrial Bhd is buying a piece of vacant industrial land in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan for RM15.97 million.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Sapura Industrial said the freehold industrial land measuring 35,332 square metres is located in Sendayan Techvalley,

To facilitate the acquisition, Sapura Industrial’s wholly owned subsidiary, Sapura Machining Corporation Sdn Bhd, has signed an agreement with landowner Menteri Besar Negeri Sembilan and property development firm BSS Development Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Matrix Concept Holdings Bhd,

my house in suriaman is quite ok...got a few crack here and there but already rectify after doing round with Matrix representative when receiving the key..got water pressure issue from tank but already resolved too after 1 week i file the complaint

I think this is interesting statement by Tok Mat, so Sendayan will become admin centre for MBS, I wonder where will MBS building located:

If you plan to rent it then expect the rental and demand to be low in the beginning, other than that people also complaint about construction quality of Matrix and how they handle and repair the said complaint, maybe already got improvement now as my house is quite ok.

Thats good, recently i jalan2 around STV saw like 7-8 new big factories and warehouses still under construction. BSS will surely become more bustling next year.

Got new shophouses not under Matrix located beside the Petron/Marrybrown coming up.

But metropark has become more lively for the past few months, it’s become lepak kind of place especially at night, expect more restaurant there soon

I am in Suriaman, i did the house inspection together with Matrix representative, we found just a few minor defect mostly small crack and paint not even. Defect been rectified less than 2 weeks. So far been living here for few months, i think the built quality is good. Im not sure about the previous project, maybe different contractor already.
