The current road that built to go to KLIA is called the KLIA Linkage, for the SKLIA still is a proposed stage, until construction start then only we can know when it completes. Also, the sklia will be from senawang to Sendayan and then to Klia Linkage to KLIA.

Sendayan is currently progressing, if you look at merchant square, the row of the shops, for the smart school and bike, pretty much a number of them are occupied, is a matter of time, thing will start to change. moreover the number of TUDM people coming in will also bring the crowd.

There is no problem purchasing a property at hijayu aman, just that you need to be clear your purpose, buying for own stay is good, buying for investment, is long term and there is a prospect of appreciation.

I am from Developer Sales, I read a lot of comments in this forum and here are some Information you can look into knowing about Bandar Sri Sendayan, also will advice to do due diligence through google to know the exact distance

1. We are located 35km which approximate takes to 35 mins to KLIA. 57.1km to sungai besi toll (48mins) and 14.5km (20 mins), 54.9km (51mins) to Seremban Town. Bear in mind this is based on Bandar Sri Sendayan. If Tiara Sendayan it would be 25mins to KLIA.

2. Matrix is currently a township in the making, currently the land for building the Sendayan City is cleared, but exact time frame when to build hospital and shopping mall still have not confirm but anything further will keep you all posted.

3. Kualiti Alam and the previous fire incident has also brought many debates about whether how safe is to live in Sendayan, i can't tell you how safe is it even though the main item that dispose are medical items, but i only can tell you we have many residents in this township and each year the numbers are increasing.

4. As for commercial, you can drive around Bandar Sri Sendayan and you will notice our older development Nusari Bayu Commercial is fully occupied, our metropark is still progressing, but because of the Mosque, there will be increasing business tenants at the area, Merchant Square will need sometime as it is still new, but there are a number of smart schools, restaurant, motorcycle shop and church and dobi has been setup to cater the residents.

5. Yes I agree with the comment we are not mature yet, as our population is still on going, but I believe we are on the right track, as for the mex2 highway, from elite highway it will connects to mex2 to cyberjaya and KL, for more info and confirmation can call the mex highway to check. It should completed this year as mention by them. As for the for the Klia linkage, its ready completed, it will link a straight road from along Techvalley Sendayan road to Eka Matahari to Bandar Enstek, from there you can head to KLIA, some shorter distance.

6. We currently have Matrix Global international school( Cambridge UK), sekolah kebangsaan and menengah, primary chineses school, and tamil school.

7. As for HSR, that will really depends on the PH government.

8. It is good for own stay, however for investment, if you are looking for flipping, BSB is not for you, BSB is more for long term investment.
