Now have new problem, my taman hijayu 1, got a few house become as factory hostel, one house contain until 12 people, u know when factory local and foreigner worker are in the same gated place how u feel, i cannot imagine how this elite place become as low cost minded people stayed in the same place. they always ride motorcycle fast and loud, bring motorcycle at the balcony, then foreigner worker fall in love with one of our neighbours, 24 hours seduce her, and many other bad things happened lately.

I think STV will generate more problem to the so called Elite community here in BSS, why Matrix as reputable developer dont build hostel for this kilang worker in the first place, damn lah. STV is more to kilang place like senawang, have many low minded mentality and bring more social symptom in our community

After mosque, hindu temple and upcoming sikh temple, BSS will have a buddhist temple soon. This 2 acres temple will be fully sponsored by Matrix's big boss Dato Lee Tian Hock. It will be next to the upcoming sikh temple which is adjacent to Sri Maha Maariamman Temple.

Anyway this is never easy to get approval from government for non-muslim prayer place in Malaysia syabas BSS can make it happen.
Same go to Chinese & Tamil school albeit this is our right.

Well unless the Icon City is very unique, otherwise look at Palm Mall, Mydin all closing down, there are over supply of mall in Seremban.

Mall need to be the final development after BSS has sufficient population let say 100,000. Together with S2 and future Labu then only Icon City can survive.

Mydin boss has sold off Mydin to others, business no good I suppose, like Aeon dispose of Aeon Mahkota Cheras because income generated not sufficient.

Most of anchor tenants in Palm Mall has moved out, this is a matter of time this mall say bye bye.

Because there is no Mid Valley size mall in Seremban, after BSS fully developed by year 2022 hopefully Icon City will be Mid Valley in Seremban.

Building mid valley size mall now at Seremban or BSS is as good as commit suicide, don't think the management will do it.

Btw read from Bernama Matrix going to launch Hab Halal in Sendayan, as big as 165 acres, bigger than the proposed Icon City....

In nilai the seriemas township is developed by pnb development which is majority owned by PNB. Sime darby also owned by pnb so it's a win win for both companies. Also nilai is nearer to klia so more economical if they want to ask erl to make extension from klia to the hsr labu station.

I guess you have start travelling from KL to Sendayan yet cause the house still in develop right. No need to worry my colleague also travelling everyday from KL to Seremban 2. Just You need to wake up early and back sharp to avoid traffic congestion.

Expenses wise also will be quite high to pay toll, petrol and car maintenance.

Do you have any plan to look for another job near Sendayan.

My collegue travelling by bus instead car. Can save a lot since bus fees as now only RM6.00 per trip if no mistaken.
