stop building already, oversupply! don't you guys think so? high percentage is for investment with such speed/supply will make most life miserable

Most of the house in suriaman 3 still under renovation, and many say will move in next year because they dont want to change their children’s school in the middle of the year... this is my feedback as a resident. If truely oversupply for sure the price will go down or no more new project launched, am i right?

With more and more Chinese students enrolled for Matrix Global School, I noticed that some units in Dextora and Elvina has rented to the parents of Chinese students, heard that Chinese government make it compulsory for parents to accompany their under-aged children to study oversea, hope it make help in rental market.

I've recently rented a house in BSS. Any idea where to find a dry cleaner around here? Also, any recommendations for delivery service companies (like an Honest Bee, for example) that would deliver here from places in KL? And finally, any idea about home helpers and/or babysitters?
