If there's any problem i'll just call TM again. yes this is the problem Maxis is using TM fiber infra to supply to residences. if Maxis internet got problems, Maxis cannot help you as fiber infra belongs to TM Therefore, any issue, at the end TM is the one to check NOT maxis.

Got my thank you upgrade yesterday from 30MBPS to 50MBPS. High rise condo. Copper line not fiber. Noticed that few times a nite, the connect tersekat2. Have to reboot the modem.

And yes, my service was really down on both occassions. I still call 100 to report anyway to ensure I get rebate if down more than 4 days. In the first occassion, service was restored after 2 days while the 2nd occassion yesterday, within just 8 hours.

I face slow internet browsing experience during the morning (today). It only last about an hour. After that the speed is back to normal.
P/s: Sri Serdang (Selangor) resident here.

50Mbps indeed makes the download faster by a lot. Now updating apps on my Apple devices a lot faster. Faster upload speed is nice also.
