I did an online chat with them few weeks earlier asking about the upgrade, politely of course. Barking them won't help u believe me. Then about 3 weeks later I got the upgrade |

I call and chat politely asking about double speed upgrade  and afew days later they only send me monthly bill a day earlier, wow they upgrade sending bill speed to me. Guess what? they charge me the same bill as last month too...wow how frustrating. |

It could depend on the setting set in the wireless router or it also depend if your phone can support AC mode. Those phone who has single band 2.4GHZ will only able to capture 15-20mbps, unless your phone supports 5GHZ wireless n then 30mbps is achievable. Hope it helps. |
