Free upgrade is only applicable for Landed rite? High rise even though it shows in the TM surprise Website, won't get?

My mom got a phone call today from TM and the offer was to move from streamyx to UNIFI 30MBPS for RM179 with no free calls. If you want free calls, have to pay RM20 which brings it to the new price which is advertised on TM website RM199.
so it looks like RM179 still available... but not sure if it has to be via the call from the TM agent....

If TM called and offered the package for unifi 30 for RM179 but after we agreed, they haven't come to get the finger print or no follow-up phone call. Should we call TM and ask? This is already the second time after the initial call my mom accepted but there was no contact or call.

Got my thank you upgrade yesterday from 30MBPS to 50MBPS. High rise condo. Copper line not fiber. Noticed that few times a nite, the connect tersekat2. Have to reboot the modem.

Ok called TM for my mom as this is her line to upgrade from Streamyx to UNIFI. TM said they don't see anything logged. So maybe the telemarketeer didn't put in the order. asked me to take my mom to TM POINT. hopefully can still get the RM179 (without calls) with ruby package for 30MBPS like what they offered to my mom over the phone. Second time like this di. Once in June then no news and now again.
