Afer a month plus experiencing network degradation performance issues with my unifi 50mbps plan which I only manage to get only around 15-20 Mbps.

TM level 1 and flying squad has collected all the logs and troubleshoot but still failed to resolve the issue and the ticket was escalated to NOC last 3 weeks urging them to manually upgrade my speed asap to 100mbps as my upgrade is due in June (as per system)  as they suspect it's due to port congestion issue. 3 weeks plus has passed and no action or update by NOC to act in my ticket.

Finally, I filed an official complain to MCMC, Shazali Ramly (TM CEO) and CTO on Friday morning raising g my dissatisfaction on my issue and also on pure discrimination on the TM pricing plan which why some are paying RM209, RM219 and RM229 for 50 Mbps plan.

Now, I'm just gonna wait and see their response as I have given TM too many chances and time and yet they failed to update or act on my ticket which was logged 1 month ago with them.

No penalty charges and contract will not refresh if you don't take up their discounted package (usually offered by telemarketer).

OMG, China website still loading so slow...Is it time to consider to complain or switch to another Telco = =

if u mean illegitimate entertainment providers... no, not due to local isp provider.

worldwide, incl china... authorities, big cos., their lawyers are going after whoever is doing it - developers, sellers, users.

in usa and europe, the courts have allowed subpeonas to dig into google, facebook, etc. to find the "offenders".

so, be aware, use with care what u can get...

if i just recently upgrade my stimik to unifi 30mbs can get free upgrade ka like 50mbs >? 

i thought they promised to give the free upgrades before july? and now it's july....

What is the theoretical top speed existing unifi infrastructure can support. Without pulling new fiber? 1gbps line possible?

huawei ws880 is not bad either, quite cheap too.

any vpn suggestion?
free one or the paid one?

F***, I figure out the issue. It was Google DNS problem. Last night problem, now again.. I revert back tm dns and speed back.    Google is useless..

It's implemented in phases. Even my friend who stay in PJ haven't got his 30-50mbps upgrade yet.
