Not the easiest but possible. Maybe you can try in a year.

Does Affinbank is hard to apply increase limit?
I want to apply Duo+, but the lowest limit must be 12k and above
I applied 6 months after I received my DUO visa, which was rejected, so I think maybe it's due to the card being less than 1 year old.
However, I re-applied a few days ago, which was almost a year later, and I was still rejected. bruce.gif

My income is more than enough, and I have provided sufficient documents. Moreover, I have had no late payments for Affinbank since I started using their card.

It works now, I finally managed to get the Maybank Ikhwan AMEX! Thanks for help! 1 more quick question, is this AMEX the same as the normal AMEX where can only get cashback if use on weekend? Even for ShopeePay?

Yes, but not for bill payments via M2U, where you won't get cash back. However, if you pay using individual apps like UniFi, Maxis, U Mobile, Astro, etc., you will get cash back.
Pay directly to Shopee or ShopeePayLater can get cash back, but not reload ShopeePay.

Can get cash back everyday unlike M2Cards only on weekends.

I have a few question

1) i already have MBB 2 plat. Is it possible to apply for MBB 2 gold and would the monthly cashback cap be separate between the plat and gold?

2) the amex weekday 5x TP value conparison vs the MBB krisflyer amex point value. Is there much different point value wise between the the 5x tp vs the krissflyer amex. Im juat thinking if it’s worth it to apply for the krsflyer for expense that exceed the cashback cap

3) do maybank have issue waiving the krissflyer amex annual fee?

You cannot have both. You can only pick one.

If you fly a lot yes. If you don't really fly, not worth it.

Maybank very stingy with waiving the fees. So answer is likely cannot waive.

Do anyone know for Bank Muamalat Pos Malaysia Visa Infinite-i, if paying bills through POS online, will it be counted for the cashback? Or it had to be Over the Counter or PAM POS?

On their page they say
8% Cashback for all transactions at Pos Malaysia terminal counters
(maximum cashback capped at RM100 per month)

So I assume only Over the Counter.
Also PAM POS doesn't support any other card other than MyDebit for the time being.

Thanks for the reply! Sad, I thought PAM POS was able to support credit cards. I should've done more due diligence.

My Bank Muamalat Pos Malaysia Visa Infinite-i was approved recently, so I gotta make use of that for paying bills

1. PAM POS not accepting Credit Card.

2. POS online not counted. Only OTC transaction.

3. The bills that accepted by POS to pay with **Credit card** is limited.
As per i experience,
- Cukai Taksiran : yes
- TNB : yes
- Water bill : yes
- Astro : no
- Unifi : no
- All postpaid : No
- will test more in future.

*Kinda a bit disappointed but still a good card.
* reminder they do offer 6m 0% BT

Thanks for sharing which bills are able to be paid in the POS office OTC. Appreciate it. For the TNB and water bill, do we need to print it out and give it to the counter? Like Cukai Taksiran

I will be testing whether I can pay PTPTN and TIME internet once I receive the card

The 6 months 0% BT will always be ready to use, right? It's not like banks' promotion, like Maybank or RHB bank, only for a certain period

TIME not sure, i haven't pay for TIME coz dun have service with them.

TNB wise u just give account number, they can check back the account holder name with you, BUT they dunno the amount overdue, so u can overpay for it.

Water bill is regional (state), usually unable to cross check account holder, recommend to bring the bill.

Cukai Taksiran defo need the bill number/account number better.

PTPTN wise ........ doubt so, hit me up if allowed. even POS PAM will charge RM 2 commission if you pay via e-wallet.

Please keep the list update so we know what/which biller is allowed for POS OTC bill payment.

I think roadtax can LOL

Thanks for sharing. Will definitely update the list.
I just received the card today, probably gonna try at the POS Office next few days

Just wondering, are you able to change your statement date for Muamalat Pos Malaysia Visa Infinite-i credit card?
I called HQ, and CS say not able to change. My current statement is 15th of every month, and CS say everyone else is the same statement date. Very weird rclxub.gif

not weird

probably their user base is small, there's no urgency/need to have multiple statement cycles (which requires addtional resources to run extra job)
