they offered ID service for EM buyer, and they giving briefing and you can place booking if you need their service.
And, booking by (a date), will giving a 55" Samsung curve TV.
Free so nice TV upon booking, i can say is 羊毛出在羊身上 lar.
of coz if attach with an ID, the cost is not cheap lar, this is give and take lor, attach ID no need to think so much mar.

I was thinking to get a contractor nearby semenyih/kajang, or my friend in kl one.
Furnishing item and electric appliances I am planning to get from home fair/warehouse sales/Taobao.
ID you waste a lots of unnecessary expenses by having them to help you on sourcing, collaboration, planning and manage tge process.
A-Z everything also go through one more hand. Often you get fancy but lousy quality stuff.
My advise is very hard working to search and identify the theme you like, once you know you want, you keep on searching the design inspiration under the same theme everywhere. The more you search photo, the more you know what you want.
Especially during the planning process, you can put in your lifestyle and habit, example in kitchen how you work, in yard how you work and etc...
I often see many designer draw bulky and stupid things just to fancy, not practical in actual life, and they don't know what you want from A-Z. Eg:- a wall tall shoe rack that only place very little shoe and ends up all owners still put the shoes on the floor or go Ikea buy few more shoe racks. They always plan switches for you based on where they think most peoples need them, only you know exactly where you need every single switches and power points.
My advice is please identify a theme and implement the theme to entitle house. Don't simple study design only, then whole house might be rojak. For my case, I admire a Japanese deisgner as hell, my whole house are inspired by him. I get as many things designed by him as possible that's how I ensure a strong ID need no ID designer. Before I get my key, I have already bought my whole house furniture.
