Anyone know when is the 46 shoptlots will be launched? Any further details....

It's near the entrance from East Gate, around the school there, opposite Gentlebre.

Price yet to be confirmed but expected to be closed to Ivoris.

but 46 unit enough meh....sure sold out in hours.

Time of launching don't know yet but I guess to meet the RM3bil sales target of EW by this financial year, Mellowood should come first in a month or two but latest by Sep and the shoplots probably soon after that. Given the limited units, I guess (again I'm guessing only) most if not all will be for existing EM/EW purchasers only.

What's the mystery gift they are going to give (to purchasers) this time round

Both ivoris and east gate are neighborhood shoplots. The former is closer to the traffic flow from Ecohill interchanges and also closer to Silver Square. Eastgate is closer to Semenyih. Two different pockets.

I saw ivoris rendition. They are pretty impressive. Yet to see east gate.....My heart is pumping faster by the day.
