As long as the piece of land next to the current existing interchange being "purchased" by the EW, then there is a big possibility to connect the existing interchange to Bangi Avenue flyover and then to Bandar Seri Mahkota Plus toll.

Alam Sari also not direct connect to Plus ler, the KTM junction traffic light is killing.. Serene Height when connected to Alam Sari the major benefit would be easier to reach the UKM komuter junction, not to Plus.

Boss, Majestic Park is located in the Majestic City  (f.k.a Silver Square) with sizeable acreage of 20 acres of which lake and greenery is about 50/50.  Majestic Lab is also in Majestic City, a temporary commercials in container (or probably in some other form) managed by EW itself.
