Hi guys. Few pics from my house key collection and inspection few days ago. Hope it answer the 'ceilling issue'.

At this moment I can only detect minor defects such as waivy paint, finishing around the tiles edge at kitchen and few small stuff. Still not yet doing the waterproof test myself eventhough EM staff said they already did the test for us.

2 EM staff will accompany you to see and check the house. Can straight away check for the defect. They executed the process quite good.

Btw, infront and outside of each house there will be a lamp post (waist height). Not sure how bright it is during night. Maybe thats why they only install the tall lamp post on just one side. Sorry i did not take photo of the lamp.

Overall I am happy with the house at this moment. Good finishing and nice landscape.

Ya, not quite agree with the rfid install at the car lights. Takut orang kopek and curi. And it takes around 3 days for them to active the rfid.

And ya each house will be given 4 rfid stickers. The rest of free give i think i let you all find out yourselves.

I have not ask in details. But we can only apply once we are already settle down/ finish move in the house. Thats what the staff said. Wil try to ask regarding the unifi again soon.

For me I dont have any issue if people want to walk their pet (dogs or cats). Its just that people also have to be responsible with their pets behaviour. Also dont forget to collect and properly dispose their pets litter.

Dont forget to apply and register your contrator even for lighting installation ya.

I noticed that the tiles in the bathroom downstair and up will get very slippery when wet. Is it just me or you guys encounter it too?
