Amenities developement wise, slowwwwwwwwwwwww...

Same practice for Setia Ecohill unit.. Huat number top up 3k...

But now developer very panai, no more 4 already, all changed to 2A..

From 4 become 2A... Got A one, suddenly become very nice liao...

Normally I saw they the odd number 1 deret, even number 1 deret... So after number 2, then is 2A...

1. Second IOI city mall no need for the time being ler, as Ecohill Walk already in pipeline...

2.) Good to have MRT station in Semenyih, but not up to EM to decide ler... Waiting for the connection road between Lekas and North-South highway is much "easier" ....

3.) Good to have a hospital in Semenyih, but don't think EM allocate land for it in Majestic city ler...

So, to have a SRJK is the most feasible now as it is something promised by Dato Chang, and published in news. The efforts actually already being started, just EM need to push it as efficient as pushing for sale/launching of new project, then every resident shall appreciate it very much...

hehe... As being mentioned previously, received letter end of March but only can collect key middle of April... Needs to be patient abit ler...

Current 2 SRJK in Semenyih already old schools and cannot accommodate too many students. Expansion also restricted due to land size.. We want a brand new and well-equipped SRJK in EM that is beneficial to all residents in Semenyih/Beranang ler..

We don't need so many malls in Semenyih ler.. Wait till Ecohill Walk + Ecohill Taipan fully developed, ong and huat already then only consider another new big mall ler.. Semenyih still got so many lands, don't need to rush so many malls within short period of time.

Be more balance lah EW....

To be a major player for long term and sustainable in the business, EW needs a role model of successful township. Setia Alam already a past tense ler.

Engagement sure will continue, but if use back the same excuse as in Gentlebre - to have more "variety" and "easy recognize by the guards", then what should be done?

The new Balai Polis and Balai Bomba Semenyih already available in Pelangi Semenyih area (near to Pizza Hut and Tesco).

As a matter of fact, PM just announce that SDU Malaysis shall have a "new home" in Semenyih soon, relocate from Bukit Aman..

As a matter of fact, Semenyih also hosts the largest camp in Selangor for Pasukan Gerakan Am PDRM. Hence, I believe the new "home" of the Unit Tindakan Khas PDRM shall be built somewhere around this area as well. Balai Polis, camp for PGA and UTK, one stop center...

Yeah, a hospital in the Majestic city shall be a good start. I believe if EW can offer a piece of land with free rental for 5 years and a subsidy of 20-30 million (one-off) of construction cost, many interested party shall look for them to discuss already. The benefits of a hospital that can bring to EM is long term, creating jobs around Semenyih, build up a good resident demographic profile in EM (Doctors, Medical Practitioner, Nurses, etc) and shall attract constant crowd going to EM 24 hours a day, 7 days in a week and 365 days in a year, much much better than those flower show lah, LED show lah, makan-makan function, etc!! Those things bring in installation one cost, later remove also another cost, but the impact only during the event time. Building a park in Majestic city on the hand only will attract crowd during weekend evening only, most of the time there will be no people there also ler. How to serve the purpose to attract crowd?

But so far I only see EW paying 1000% effort in launching and launching (sales) and listing and listing (accumulate public fund). Developing amenities is very slowwwww ler and only once a while...

Since you have 2 units, please launch your 60th and 61th missile to Residents Club if found out still in such manner when taking key later...

MRT extension not up to EM to decide ler... You see Puchong area, need to wait so long only have the extension last year. Setia Alam until today also don't have. As Kajang have 3 MRT stations, pretty sure there will be feeder bus traveling along Semenyih and Kajang later.

I would be very much anticipated if EM can work out the connecting road between LEKAS and PLUS highway, this is much more feasible for the time being..

As long as the piece of land next to the current existing interchange being "purchased" by the EW, then there is a big possibility to connect the existing interchange to Bangi Avenue flyover and then to Bandar Seri Mahkota Plus toll.

Beneficial for all residents within the areas.

Alam Sari also not direct connect to Plus ler, the KTM junction traffic light is killing.. Serene Height when connected to Alam Sari the major benefit would be easier to reach the UKM komuter junction, not to Plus.
