Most connection/speed issue is to the international side (the one that effect all people). This is where the Unifi/Maxis already go separate way. Unless it's local connection issue which affect certain area than it's will effect both TM and Maxis. But if it's local issue like you fiber problem expect double the headache coz Unifi will need to fix it.. You deal will Maxis but unifi technician will do the fix. |
