Like I said, looks like the 30-50mbps upgrade is top priority. Maybe it's technically easier to do...

Just want to know if the installer provides you with the Unifi ppoe password. My Unifi was installed today but I can't see the password from the router settings.

Normally they will have it on the service order form but sometimes not.

You can try this: GUIDE: Recovering PPPoE Password from Router

Or call 100. They'll either read the password to you over the phone or send you an sms with a new password.

Did you get a RGX4400 or TPLink router? At least you didn't get the DIR-850L, that's probably the worst of the lot.

My router is AC1200 TPLink
Was also told TM had informed them that all those registered by 28/2 is given grace period of 7 days for installation for upgrade entitlements.

Only been on 3 websites so far, lowyat, mikrotik, facebook. All OK. IP 118.100

Which area? Is your IP changing every few mins? Maybe the PPPoE access concentrator (AC) got problem. You may see your PPPoE disconnecting and reconnecting every few mins. Like what happened to midvalley/bangsar a few days ago. My AC is BSRBGI02, I think that's Bangi.

No probs, but turning off hardware NAT also reduces the speed that your router can route at. 30mbps should be no prob. Dunno whether can go 50mbps without hw nat. Test and see.
