It means they only upgrade your package from 20Mbps to 30Mbps but they did not upgrade u to 100Mbps?

speed upgrade is real, just got mine upgraded

any news on what happened if u sign up after 28th of feb? I thought TM would be releasing new price plan after 28th of feb...

my area unifi only available at the end of this month...missed the free speed upgrade period

whats happening with 10>30Mbps upgrade?

Got the free upgrade. Performance for games like Overwatch is much worse. 130ms with frequent spikes to 1k. This is for the past few days. Tried restarting router too.

You should have upgraded from 20Mbps to 50Mbps plan. Then with the free upgrade scheme you would have been eligible for a upgrade to 100Mbps for free...

if u still no get any sms or email for free speed upgrade
1.login tm page with ur account
2.check service if there mark is new speed upgrade
3.reboot ur modem 10minit try it

i no get any sms and email from tm
but i login my account check is mark new speed 50Mbps (old 30Mbps)
so u just reboot your modem u will get free speed upgrade
i try it i get it hope can help for all

Yes, I will be here for at least a month, the whole month of March I won't be able to use UniFi.
Quite nice honestly.

Really disappointed and irritated about these issues past few days. Ping unstable,speeds dropping, very unstable.

yesterday just install unifi , speedtest ok but come to streaming.. it lk like **** make me wn to cancel today... so sucks

mine streaming perfectly...

twitch will have stutters, all others are just fine, jewtube (include jewtube gaming live stream)

My twitch stream well too...1080/60 and 720/60 buffer maintain on 10 sec.

twitch actually was fine last week. dunno what's happening with tm connection. i even had lvl3 error during dota update this morning

mine is android tvbox ... expect for smooth streaming

Once the upgrade happens, were you informed of it via email/call? or only because you noticed the increase in speed?
