When your UniFi account installed and activated?

Just want to know if the installer provides you with the Unifi ppoe  password. My Unifi was installed today but I can't see the password from the router settings.

My router is AC1200 TPLink
Was also told TM had informed them that all those registered by 28/2 is given grace period of 7 days for installation for upgrade entitlements.

The router that TM gave was dlink 850 with no antenna ...

I encountered the same treatment from them too.
After that I gave them 0 on the rating.
Next day the supervisor called me and asked why I gave 0 for rating.
I told him that your operator did not respond to my questions and I don't know what they were doing. No update, no sound, no picture.
If they are checking for answers, please let us know that you are away from the terminal checking for answers. Don't let me wait there for 20 minutes and then the chat disconnected.
Have to shoot them teruk teruk.

If it was unlimited then it would be pretty decent for users who don't demand much. However with that 1GB monthly quota before being throttled further, users are better off with a wireless broadband plan.

so we gonna have multiple ISP companies without the need of own backhaul ? i think so.

Same here. I asked and I was told that I am in the 2nd batch, due in June 2017.

I was one of the very early birds to register for the free upgrade. Know 2 friends in KL who got their upgrades a few weeks ago. None of my friends in Sarawak got the upgrade yet. Wondering whether those in Sarawak and Sabah are treated as 9th class citizens/customers.

Thus want to find out how many in Sarawak and Sabah have got the free upgrade now. ZERO? All due in June?

the digi rm150 infinite plan has a 1TB data per month quota iinm...
if you're a heavy gamer...download tonnes of movies...streaming 4K movies....then might no be sufficient

unifi really very nice since they no use the QUOTA YET... been using since 2011.

unifi is not stable for the past many weeks. At least this is what I encounter..
