Been busy with work and trading some crypto currencies and have neglected reading this thread.

Came here after a long time, and gesh, the discussion does get pretty long lol and heated in here lol sweat.gif

Anyway, planning to invest some of my profits from my trading into KGF but dont know if its the right time to do it now.

After seeing the returns being achieved by crypto's, dont really have the feeling of investing in UTs anymore though I seriously do not want to maintain my current portfolio of having more than 90% of my cash parked in cryptocurrencies as i know that I wrong move and i'll wipe the whole value of my portfolio.

Good for you. Cryto is the way to go in the future. Quite disruptive the tech (banking/verification industry) The tech won't die but the coines may die. The tech is definitely here to stay when you know alibaba is also using blockchain tech to counter food fraud and you know food fraud is big issue in china.

Well forex is not recognise in malaysia too in case you didn't know but people still make good money off it. whistling.gif whistling.gif

Er, you do know you can invest in crypto without owning a single coin right? You can invest in graphics card company (the engine behind cryto as they need graphics card to obtain cryto devil.gif) and be a part of it as what I told xuzen in another thread. Sometimes it's not wise to invest in gold during gold rush but invest in the companies providing the tools. And those graphics card company are on regulated exchange devil.gif

True man, its better to be safe than sorry.

That's the reason that I'm planning to invest my profits with FSM though i just can't stand looking at the returns of FSM when compared to what I've been getting lol

Tambah to:

IDS - MYR 1K
TA Tech - MYR 1K
Half a year ROI from Esther Bond is around 3%. It is slightly below its historical performance. if follow three years average, it should be around 3.65%. Ooi Esther ! Lu tidor kah?

Once you start investing in crypto, UT will be too boring for you. Even trading stock will be boring.

For me yes, Crypto is unregulated, but I only allocate 10% of the portfolio to it. If I lose it all, I lose only 10%. And I can deal with it. But I don't think I can stomach missing out on all the potential crypto can bring. In fact I have cashed out 20-30% profit easily by trading.

In fact I feel crypto suits Ramjade who likes to buy on dip.

Having said that though, the remaining big chunk of my portfolio is still in UT and I like how I can DCA and let it autopilot and still get decent returns. Play crypto once in awhile to have some fun.

Haha bubble? Most crypto investors/gamblers/traders are ready to lose it all. But what if it doesn't happen? What if 5-10 years down the road what I hodl now is worth so so much more? Only time can tell. No amount of discussion can prove that. That's why I am willing to enter. But I'm by no means encouraging anyone to jump into it. Depends on how much you trust the system and what not. For me as long as I've cashed out high profits multiple times that's good enough for me. But I'm in the hodling boat now. I also believe crypto only appeals to the younger generations.

Having said so, UT is still my favourite because it allows me to focus on increasing my income instead. And the limited downside risk of the vehicle.

Nobody went for Interpac Q&A?

Still I think if BN losses putrajaya the stock will surely drop due to political instability. Most foreign investments will pull out until new government is stable.

For this time, i believe no significant rally before and after the GE.

Before GE, currently, gov dont have money to give many candies to market, in 2018 budget.
After GE, if no change gov, market will remain the same. If change gov, market will drop immy afte GE.

You have 5% equity in India, China etc but you have like >20% in Malaysia. Quite a heavy bet in bolehsia.
