My hamsters so naughty lately They always bite me...though i play with them like every day..i guess they are bored with me edy

Can roborovski or other dwarves live alone ?

All types of domestic hamsters can live alone if you keep them alone.

That is a normal thing to do. Hamsters where lah got thumbs like us? So it needs to use its mouth to throw or pick things up. Your hamster also does that but without you knowing. Also, every hamster eats back its own shit for nutrition purpose.

Erm, your hamster is not naughty.... I would say irritated or annoyed by you.

yesterday i was irritating my hamster.... playing mock wrestling with him until he accidently bit my finger... jz a small nibble, not really pain, no blood....

after that i tampar him....

Last time when I studied bio I read about rodents. About why they eat their own shit. It's because of their digestive system not so effective and often there are a lot of nutrients leftover undigested and absorbed.

crazymouse, my ww-female had recover from stroke(told by doctor).

She's now in good condition and walk as normal. No more tilt but body is weak .

Can i buy the vitamin supplement from Pet Safari to my hamster?

She look very pity at the early of the sickness .

I think she might left me, but she quit strong to face her sickness.

Thank god, she still alive.

Now she started to come out from her burrow.

oh congrats on her recovery. Which vet you bring to? I don't know any vets who would treat hamsters.

UPM got vet faculty, I got friend in there.

Maybe she can help me if I 'm in UPM.

Such a great news that ur hamster recovered from stroke . How did the vet treat him/her ?

P/s: How do you guys keep ur mealworms??? The last time I bought, i threw away the remaining - so sayang . And do i need to give the mealworms food?? If yes, wud kinda food and can keep for how long?? I only gave a few to my hamsters today.

Waarr....tampar him,awwwww.....pity him.Usually if my hamster bite me,i'll just take a pen and poke him..make him feel more irritated then he'll wrestle with the pen until he's tired after that he'll sleep ehehe....so cute leh!

The vitamin, you can use any vitamin drops as long for small animals and not for guinea pig.... guinea pig got extra vit C inside...

Mealworms you need to feed them some sawi or carrot once a while... they need to be on a bedding of oats to survive.
