Yes, you can search vowifi feature on digi / umobile website.

Well well well, guess what Maxis CS reply me when I called them and ask about why S10 series get to enjoy VOLTE while Note 10 Plus still not able to enjoy it???

They created a report for me and call me back in few days time, but I missed their call. So I call them back just now...

The CS pass me to the mobile department and one of the staff told me that SGN10+ is not supporting VOLTE!!! I was like WTF...

I then clarify with her again, whether is Maxis haven't activate the VOLTE for SGN10+, or SGN10+ itself is not VOLTE compatible... She insist that is the device DOESN'T support VOLTE...

Before I hang up the phone, I told her that S10 series can support VOLTE, even S9 series also can, I don't see any reason why SGN10+ doesn't!!!

I wonder did Maxis train their staffs with proper knowledge, or just teach them how to BS their customers...

Damn, after saw someone posted the latest Samsung VOLTE supported list from Maxis, just try to change my Maxis simcard into my S9+ to try it out.

And it really shows the VOLTE icon once the device is switch on, without need to change any setting at all...

Too bad S9+ is my 2nd phone, my main usage is SGN10+...

Just cannot brain why need to implement the VOLTE by stage...

If it wasn't they give me unlimited data plan, I would have switch all my lines to other telco!!!

Eh... Maxis (phone no, default dialer) cannot call through WiFi unlike yellow alien, is what I'm trying to say. Or what u mean is different thing? If can vowifi very shiok, set my poor phone to flight mode then enable WiFi, still can make call 😆.

This is true. It even works on the plane ! I was connected to Digi WiFi Calling on the plane somewhere over India when connected to the plane's WiFI and a few SMS came in.

The unlimited data plan is one of the few reasons why some people prefer maxis over other telcos.

Based on overall answered given by them, their final verdict is requested us to upgrade our Samsung Note 10+ to Note 20 Ultra 5G if we need VOLTE. Or else switch to Apple iPhone which is more favorable than Android device.

Maxis

I have the similar issue. I created a post about volte on my mate30.

Maxis called mw the other day saying that my volte is provisioned on 2/11

But I called maxis on 4/11 the staff told me that my number has not been provisioned.

I am using dual sim. Sim1 is maxis without volte. Sim2 is unifi prepaid with volte. No matter how i swap my sim, sim1 still doesn't have volte.

I followed maxis instructions to
1. Change my sim
2. Swap my sim to slot 2
3. Swap to other phone

None of the steps worked.

Maxis finally closed my case and told me that my phone is not supported.

This was what I had in my mind when I 1st saw their VOLTE list posted in their website...

Sorry but no cause not worth to pay for a flagship phone whereby there signal reception is poor!!!

I never thought that this could happen to SGN10+ when I bought it during the launching event last year, so this year I hold back from their Note 20 series...

Just patiently wait for the device manufacturers to update the firmware to turn on the VoLTE for Maxis ...
Already know is time wasting to ask Maxis CS.
I don't think Maxis can control when device manufacturers going to push the firmware to enable VoLTE for them ... Samsung as i can see is monthly, once is updated then the VoLTE will be turned on.
Some like S10, S10+ Maxis VoLTE activated in the Nov firmware upgrade but Note10+ is not. So it maybe arrives in December firmware upgrade...

I checked the info here firmware upgrade here ...
