QUOTE(noobandroid @ Nov 19 2020, 12:22 PM) this makes me really think apple has a better grip on stuff than any android has, on a fundamental basis Thats why with same spec, iPhone is double the price of Android phone ... firmware lifecycle for Android is twice less in comparison ... if buy those low end china brand even worse ... the firmware update ends the moment you reach the cashier.

I got a missed call from this number +60 3 2770 4611 and when I call back it switches to 3G instead of VoLTE and cuts out
Is there a reason why some numbers can’t be called using VoLTE ?

If your number and device support VoLTE then no matter you call or receive call to or from others will still stay on VoLTE

Many Maxshit staff still don't know what is VoLTE. The quality of the staff they hire in line with the service level they are rendering now.

QUOTE(isr25 @ Nov 23 2020, 06:05 AM) My goodness. Following is what the CS is replied. Funny. Hi good day! This is Haliza. Previously, everytime you are on call, the connection will be changed to 3G. For VoLTE, if you are able to have 4G connection while on voice calls, that means you are already on VoLTE. VoLTE is provided automatically to all user user EXCEPT below plan: - Hotlink prepaid - Maxis postpaid with Share & Surf i.e. multi SIM one number - Enterprise segment To check on the devices that supports VoLTE, you can clikc on the link below; https://www.maxis.com.my/support/network/mo...rt-maxis-volte/For steps to activate the VoLTE for VoLTE supported device, please liaise with the device manufacturer customer service.

Nope, no luck, even i able to see the setting of "VoLTE enabled" switch, by turn to "On", still no luck, didn't has the VOLTE sign show on top of the notification panel of the phone. I don't think by Maxis CS saying, if making call, if the 4G sign still there, then mean is having volte. If really this is the case, what the hack the phone maker display the volte sign for...
