i did ask maxis customer service last week, they stated that only iPhone support for VoLTE...currently non Android phone supported yet.
they still "improving" their service for Android phone..
so for Android phone tak tau bila will have this service.

so far i did try on Celcom and DiGi before, no hardfeeling but Maxis still better in term of voice call.
but lately i feel maxis also like sheeet already...not sure is phone issue or telco issue...

Itu lar... Very cheeby maxsheet n huasheet CS. Maxsheet says already rolled out for Android n when as huasheet, they say if no options to enable the volte, means it is automatically enable... I see no sheet happen... Haizzz...

check huasheet no update yet on EMUI 11...only beta version which 1st come 1st serve basis...but dunno EMUI got firmware update on VoLTE or not...

and also, for VoLTE support do we need to change SIM Card?

Hahaha... I guess is same as mine
I'm using Mate 30 Pro and my other half using i8.
So quite frequent nowadays when she call me and ring for 2 to 3 seconds then disconnected and there is a miss call. After that when she call back then back to normal.
By the way, both of us does not have volte activated.

I wonder i8 has volte support? I don't see any function to turn on. I just updated her i8 few days ago. Now she using the latest firmware.
