They even revised the income requirement for their cards, I guess it is just a matter of time they may close down their credit card department here in Malaysia, like what happened to Citibank. sweat.gif

Request to cancel through other request both simple and liv card with 25sst each charged only. Both card done cancelled without even a call.

Got a call from SC to retain the card with AF+SST+Feb Interest Waiver. Let's see how it reflects after 3 days.

Was this offered after you requested them to cancel the card? I just paid all my outstandings today minus AF and SST and raised Other Service Request to cancel my card.

Yes, they counter offer back, and all the fees had been reflected included SST.

They told me this is individual case, not every customer entitled for AF waiver, mine was not entitled and I have to get one of their facilities like cash on call, or balance transfer with interest then only they will consider to waive my AF...

If i don't take it, means i will not get my RM250 AF refund.... is like forcing you to take their facility

You paid then request? usually we request or cut. If you paid, they already took your money.. of course hold your balls lor.

I’m confused with the rm40 maximum cashback…cause last month I got rm40 thinking they adjust already…but this month April I got rm60 so did anyone else have issues with their cashback last mth ( March )

April onward will not have any e-wallet benefit

Understand but what I meant is for the 360 Cashback rewards in 28.3 for which month is that Cashback supposed to reflect? Last time they said two months ago so I assume January and April one is February spending or did I get that wrong?
