Ya, it's been very hard i recall since 2023 cause my wife also like getting 50% AF waiver as well as no SST rebate

But mine one dunno is luck or long term customer which kinda easy and hopefully continue like this.

They want to maintain VIP customers only. Existing customers can be maintained if they foot their own GST and Annual Fee.

decided to cancel the card after redeem this month cashback. My last month monthly statement was 2500+, i made a mistake and paid a shortage of RM45.98. And the interest charge is RM64.84. Still appealing to get it waive. SC always do not have a reminder if you omited to pay your card also. And i guess the way they charge interest is based on the transaction date of entire RM2500+ instead of the shortage of RM45.98

Happened to me in Jan 2025 for short paid of less than RM60 due to mistake of payment ending RM17 for RM71. Interest based on total outstanding instead the difference. Interest more than RM50+ and following month in Feb 25 was charged too due to system thought you yet to pay. Appealed to SC and all waived.

After 2 weeks calling and follow up finally get my annual fee waive but charge me on balance transfer.
To my surprise, they also waive my gomen tax which my other card no.

I feel still ok to keep after consider another rm25 waive can offset my balance transfer interest but the apps and services is kinda suck.
