QUOTE(pepper_mint2 @ Apr 28 2025, 11:48 AM) Understand but what I meant is for the 360 Cashback rewards in 28.3 for which month is that Cashback supposed to reflect? Last time they said two months ago so I assume January and April one is February spending or did I get that wrong? Latest 360 reward is for March 2025

QUOTE(Jason @ Apr 28 2025, 06:06 PM) No, provided you did not spend/use the card after AF has been charged. I'm just sharing for purposes. It does not apply to HSBC. They made me pay even though I didn't spend afterward, but I had a long battle with them and finally won, and I cancelled their cards for good. So far, other banks are cool about it, but not HSBC.

QUOTE(bigduck @ Apr 29 2025, 11:05 AM) how can i reach an agent on the hotline? Call them and pick the fraud option, because otherwise there is no human to speak to. They have the worse service of any credit card issuer in Malaysia.

Their phone IVR is a total joke. Called for 3 consecutive days and each time it prompts to input selection but it just doesn’t capture.
Wondering if there are staffs actually working. Or like no customer complaints?
Told the RM and she said it’s common. They can’t do anything about it.

Anyone can shed light on transactions that are REVERTED but refunded amount excludes cross-border fee? Is it in the price list that the fee is non-refundable or Standard Chartered IT is lousy?
I paid for booking using Agoda/Booking.com, and the booking couldn't be processed so it was reverted/refunded immediately. To my surprise this 5 seconds transaction reversal game cost me RM5 in fees. I contacted SC and ask for refund; they denied the refund and asked me to talk to VISA. Like wtf has visa with this (how can they see private activity etc). I filled complain and was refunded.
