Just got it done.

CS: You are not entitled for the AR waiver.
Me: Cancel my card immediately.

After a few days, retention team will call you and the 1st thing they will offer you is the AR waiver.
They thought we wanna cancel due to SST perhaps.

if you insist on it, they would grant the waiver.
don't sound like you are on the wrong side, instead force them to do it.
say it's their fault no sms reminder of cc due etc.


once i kena when i do BT they create a seperate account num, but i pay to principal card together. (used to some bank like MBB practice consolidate into 1 card acc).
so i call them and they waive the interest for me

while for normal monthly cash back, they usually will credit into the Cashack Online Rewards account to be redeemed latest by 20th of following month.
usually around 15th will get..

sent sms registration for the spin since this morning.
but no reply acknowledge from sc at all.

is it normal that for this spin they don't reply sms acknowledge?

Finally got the reply sms after few hrs..

you can complain to bnm if they impose any so called 'unwritten rules'

today a bit slow...
done 12.20am, waited ard 5 mins for the sms.

usually it comes almost instantly

seem like their server down.
tried on bp and mytnb.

no sms received.
if bp is blacklisted, it makes sense, but don't think they'll blacklick mytnb

does it means during the wee hours might hav better chance?

seem like when you get link started with 0xxxx,you can just delete the sms straight.
99% it's nothing..

anyone try 0xxxxx link and gt smtg before?

for me more than 30 times, whenever getting 0xxxx = try again

noticed that after redeem this month.
status is PENDING and the cashback balance still appear in account.

today i only get the email stating successful..
some kinda new procedure?

The date trend seem to be getting later and later in 2020 compared to before 2020.

at least you still get it eventually.
for mine they deliver to some random place.

tracking shows delivered but i didn't get the card.
SC forced to cancel the card and resend a new one for me.

Requested to cancel and received the call.
Offering RM50 cashback by spending cumulative RM200 on any transaction by end of this month.
Plus auto annual fee waiver for coming annual fee.

i got 3 JOP, LFC, Smart.
called to cancel just 1 of the 3, yet they offer this already.

but nice to get it...
temporarily stay... for now..
