My JOP's cashback calculation also off for May. I only got RM58 despite meeting all the spend amount and criteria. The RM2 short is a problem as I wont be able to take out RM28.

Anyone managed to get their annual fee and service tax waived for the Simpy Cash CC? Mine is due to be charged this month. Will probably be cancelling it if it cant be waived considering the nerfed benefits is not really worth my time anymore.
