Sometimes using the search function is hit or miss thing. Sometimes you find the answer, sometimes you don't find it. But the person above you who ask "the answer is?" is freaking lazy when the answer is just 2 comments above his.

Just call CS request waive AF for JOP but CS say only can waive 50% due to I seldom use and offer take balance transfer with 5.9%/cash advanced with around 4% interest then only can waive another 50%. Guess now CS also need to do sales marketing to inform offers
