Called your installer. I also had this issue. I called 100 as well, they said if I can't get my installer, will open a case for me and I will collect from nearest TM Point.
Long story short I managed to call my installer after few months...

i thought technician must make hypptv working and ask you to sign

when the technician come to install UniFi, i told him i dont use can leave aside no need open, he said cannot, he must install and show me it is OKAY, then i have to sign the form agree that everything installed already

p/s: i just throw away one hypptv sealed box, which came with my streamyx package 3 years ago, i keep the UniFi Hypptv box only lol

You probably need to download Malaysia's version of firmware so that you can see the Unifi profile in it.

they don't need a tv to setup the hypptv.. all they checked is whether the box can display a clock or not. If clock is working, it means the hypptv can receive a signal correctly.. However, this is for old hypptv decoder. The newer decoder that has wifi, I think it doesnt have any lcd display..

Well, I don't bother la. Though it is keeping dust now and I already have the latest version, I still want it to be given to me.

About the new hypptv box, when I installed mine,I dont have TV for them to test it but I've a monitor with HDMI. When they connect to the monitor with hdmi, can go into the dashboard but once select hypptv, it will show black screen and then jump back to the dashboard. They suspect the box problem, change another box, still the same, change power supply and still the same. At last they manage to get a tv to my place from no where and test it, the culprit is the monitor. Maybe compatibility issue
