Upgrade the latest firmware http://www.tp-link.com.my/download/TL-WDR3...l#Firmware.Then download TL-WDR3600_V1_130505(Unifi).May I know do you watch Hypttv. Please use Windows to try it don't use linux. After that confirm your unifi user id and password must correct otherwise can't use internet if wrong user id and password.

The guest network function will not work with the stock unifi compatible firmware unless its been updated recently which I doubt since this model is already discontinued.
But the openwrt firmware works fine and it does have the capability for guest networks. I set it up a few some time back.

I updated with the latest unifi firmware, sadly no guest network options
their support also said for unifi version so such guest network options, yes product has been discontinued

Openwrt has no issues with unifi/hypptv. You shouldn't have trouble setting it up as well unless you are not technically inclined.

you need to call TM (100) to confirm your identity then request for your unifi user ID and password. Your unifi account user and password was hide from the Unifi TM router. That's why you can't get the information from that router.

you should set your new router as PPOE and insert your unifi ID and password.

However, during the time when TM technician come to your home to install Unifi, you should request all the password from them. I was took camera to keep as myself since that password cannot change yourself. You cannot keep that order job sheet thats why you have to request from them. They will not tell you what is your password because all those modem, router and settings were set properly before they come to your house to install unifi.
