I am still on VIP5. Anybody know any ways to get a free upgrade to 10mbps from TM?

Already past 2 year contract (ended in March) and also prompt payment via auto-debit since subscribing the service.

I called TM few days ago after my contract ended on last month and ask for free upgrade to 10Mbps.
Somehow they told me that the free upgrade is based on "selected customer" and they do not offer free upgrade automatically after contract expired. 
Too bad I am not their list even though prompt payment for past two years.   

Any idea when TM will be coming out with any new plans?
I'm on 8mbps streamyx for RM178. Unifi just came in to my place but the current 30mbps is RM199. I really don't see a point of paying more than my current bill as I am the only person using it at home and I don't use much. I think for my consumption, 10mbps is good enough but telekom doesn't have anything than 30mbps.
Its funny, as time passes HSBB is suppose to be cheaper and faster but it is only getting more expensive. It is faster but whats the point if the minimum package is more expensive. RM199 for internet is a waste for many households.

What i know unifi promotion based on 1st quater, 2nd quater & so on in a year. Is it possible if currently subscribe 199 or somekind of promotion before then want to  change to latest/new promotion package? Assume same speed package.

Confusing with RM179 offer now. Some said got free call, some said free one month unifi, all sort diff packages. How TM going to bill?

There is an exhibition at Mid Valley and an TM agent offer RM179 (Bundle HyppTV Pack) with free call. I didn't accept his offer since I don't believe what he said on free call part. Don't want later end up need to dispute with TM.

Any news on TM going to launch their promo for Unifi at RM179?

hi guys got a question... im moving to my new condo... the area around the condo already has unifi.. but the management informed me that the condo is still on streamyx... any idea how can we prompt tm to come and do the installation so that the condo can get unifi as well? i think they need to do something at the telecoms room right?
