Useless? You sure? Have you tried? I had few escalations via them and all solved well. One of them is UniFi issue. Why should they scared of TM? They have been issuing summons to all telcos.

Ah, ok thanks because some guy called today, probably agent, he says I can keep my old voice plan from vip20 plan after upgrading to advance 50 before next year. Just want to confirm which side is right , because I'm using the phone to make calls for my warehouse stock.

2018 there is no free upgrade but price reduction 50%....

TM probably will said you are not included in its 'first phase' of the upgrade....

I will give them a tight slap, then why put me in the pilot test for Advance 30 when it was not even officially launched that time? That time need me to pay to upgrade can but now free upgrade try to be funny with me la. Anyway, this is just an assumption, I will give them the benefit of doubt.

I think u never file a complaint using MCMC before. I had 3 complaint this year and all are very effective. 1 still ongoing after i submit on Monday. They contact me soonest and now i'm quite happy with the outcome. My previous 2 complaints also end up well. their service is very good.

Anyway, I have been receiving consistently for all TM Takeout emails except for this important email it seems. Not sure if my recent relocation affects it. Will definitely check it out.

I tried to log a report regarding free call. MCMC said will solve it within 15days. But 20days hvnt solve yet... In the end, cant get free call.

TM wont decrease their price... Later revenue down too... maybe just like this time

2018 is General election.... as per budget that been tabled in this year, PM clearly said about this initiative.... yes it hard to believe but based on current condition and prior to 2018, maybe get price reduction.... but not as much like our pm said....maybe up to 50%.... lowest maybe just 10%...

But look like their price reduction actually use price per mb to replace. If they free upgrade speed on 2017. Yes, TM did it which reduce the price. But the monthly subscription fee maintain.

Well, then follow up. Sometimes it is not MCMC issue, it could be from TM. Pressure MCMC to solve this. It needs two hands to clap.
